MODERN SLAVERY POLICY
in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015

 

Introduction

This Modern Slavery Policy applies to all employees of Voice Your Potential Ltd.

 

Definitions
Modern Slavery – includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, human trafficking which deprive a person of their liberty in order to exploit for personal or commercial gain.


Policy Statement
Under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 modern slavery is a criminal offence. Voice Your Potential Ltd is committed to ensuring that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or by any other person or company associated with us.

 

Key Principles
We will comply with disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business will be reported accordingly.
All employees must read, understand and comply with this policy.


Procedure
Employees are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our business, even if they are unsure about whether anything constitutes modern slavery. We will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. Voice Your Potential may terminate any relationship with individuals or organisations if they breach this policy.

This policy and the practices of Voice Your Potential will be regularly reviewed. Any changes will be updated on this page.
