Biographies
Charlotte enjoys sharing her many years of performance, teaching and training experience with voice and the Estill Model working with singers and musical directors as well as voice/singing teachers from the major institutions and vocal health professionals.
Alongside her husband Marcel, they are Directors of Voice Your Potential® Ltd producing voice related training & events. These include annual Level I & II courses, in London and internationally in both Poland and Finland, Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) and Estill Master Trainer (EMT) Certification Pathways and other courses attracting participants from the UK, Europe and globally. Charlotte is also available for ONE2ONE coaching sessions in central London and online video coaching.
Charlotte has Advanced Testing Privileges to examine for Estill Voice International. As President of the Estill International Certification Advisory Board her contribution to the Estill Voice Training® Certification Manual led to updates in both terminology and procedures.
She’s had a varied career in performance and music/vocal education. Performing professionally in opera and extensively as a session singer and an oratorio soloist.
As a voice educator, clients include CPL Productions for Sky TV, Native/19 Entertainment, Map Entertainment, Jimmy Hogarth/Kid Gloves, Royal Bank of Scotland, GlaxoSmithKline, Goldsmiths College London, Brighton University, Urdang Academy & Toastmasters, BRICTT (Brighton Academy of Contemporary Theatre Training), The World Voice Expo.I & II in Poland, Chichester Conservatoire, & NorthONE2ONE bookingampton University.
Always eager to build upon our understanding of vocal function, Charlotte has collaborated both in the UK and abroad with speech & Language specialists including Sue Jones, Consultant SLT in Professional Voice Rehabilitation and author of Laryngeal Endoscopy & Voice Therapy A Clinical Guide.
As part of research teams Charlotte took part in exploring new and exciting research using state of the art technology at The Ohio State University USA and at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust UK, continuing to build upon our understanding of vocal function.
Leon Trayman EMT/EMCI
Estill Master Trainer / Estill Mentor & Course Instructor
Leon initially trained as an actor at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama & still works as an actor alongside his work as a theatre director, musical director & voice, accent & singing coach. He also holds an MFA in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama & regularly works as an accent, dialect & text coach.
His Estill journey began in 2009 on a Level I&II and by the end of the first day he was determined to become a EMT (Estill Master Trainer). Since then Leon has gone on to further his certification in order to mentor others by becoming an EMCI.
Leon teaches in various institutions across the UK & abroad as well as running a thriving private coaching studio in Central London, facilitating regular online practise groups, coaching EFP & EMT candidates in person & online.
Alongside Gemma Boaden (EMT) he coaches corporate clients for TemperVox Voice Coaching & is part of the team at the University of Northampton (Estill Educational Affiliate) where the Estill Voice Model is embedded into the curriculum for actor training.
Tom Reade EMT
Tom Elliot Reade graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in Musical Theatre and has been working on the West End and internationally as an actor-musician, singer and actor in shows such as The Commitments (UK & Ireland Tour), Judy! (Arts Theatre West End) and The Choir of Man (European and Australian tours).
Alongside this Tom is a working vocal coach and musical director at the Royal Academy of Music, Italia Conti, London Studio Centre and Mountview as well as privately from London to local and international clients. He also works as a musical director with credits including NewsRevue (Canal Cafe Theatre), Putting it Together (Stephen Sondheim) and Company (Stephen Sondheim) as well as providing workshops and masterclasses through his company Permission to Play.

Sarah Brickel EMT
Sarah is a professional singer, songwriter & singing teacher. She gained a degree in Performing Arts (Music) at The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts (LIPA). Here under the guidance of Helen Rowson & Sarah Stephenson her Estill journey began.
Sarah has performed globally in musical shows & with her jazz band, supporting artists such as Jamie Cullum, Geoff Gascoine and Spyro Gyra. Performance highlights include The Dubai International Jazz Festival, PizzaExpress Jazz Club (Soho) & The Stables (Wavendon).
Theatre/TV credits include lead singer/dancer – P&O Cruising Musicals Consortium, María Elena Holly – Buddy & Mad About The Musicals (UK & Ireland tour). Cinderella – Cinderella (Welwyn Garden City). Session vocalist/backing singer – The Royal (ITV). ‘You give me something’ & ‘Music Box’ album launch & performances – (YTV).
Her first album on Candid Records in 2009 ‘You give me something’ won the acclaim of Sir Michael Parkinson. Her second album ‘Music Box’ was released in 2011 on her own label ‘19b Studio Records’. Sarah’s version of ‘My Favourite Things’ has been featured by Virgin Records. Sarah’s recent release ‘Your Own Way’ on Red Island Productions, is a collaboration with Mauritius based DJ & producer David Jay.
As lead vocalist Sarah has performed for many corporate events with ‘The Sarah Brickel Band’, ‘The Night Jars’ & ‘Al Morrisons Blues Experience’.
Sarah’s experience as a singing teacher specialising in musical theatre, pop & jazz spans 16 years, Working with singers, songwriters, actors & dancers. Current posts include SLP College and The University Of Hull.

Jessica Friend EMT-C
Jessica Friend is a singing coach and creative, based in South West London. Originally from the North Cotswolds, she has a background in both classical and musical theatre, training on the Vocal and Operatic BMus at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and the Musical Theatre MA at Mountview.
She is currently a singing tutor at Italia Conti and Mountview, alongside her home studio where she runs a teaching agency in London.
As a performer, Jessica is currently playing the role of Queen in The Light Princess with LAS Theatre at Stockton Arts Centre and UK Tour.
Her recent credits include Spot's Birthday Party (UK Tour & Singapore Fest), Three Little Pigs (UK Tour), Yoghurt Is Not Sexy (Camden People’s Theatre & Arcola Theatre).

Tom Bond EMT-C
Tom trained at Leeds College of Music, where he graduated in 2015 with a BA(Hons) in Music (Jazz). Since then, he has carved out a dynamic and diverse career, performing, directing, and teaching across the UK and internationally.
His performances have graced some of the most prestigious stages in the world, including the the Royal Albert Hall for the BBC Proms, Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham, Liverpool Echo Arena, and Stade Français in Paris, as well as a wide range of regional theatres, clubs, and wedding venues.
Over the years, Tom has worked for companies such as BBC 2, Evolution Pantomimes, SAGA Ocean Cruises, Kristian Thomas Company, Little Wolf Entertainment, Derby LIVE, Sinfonia Viva, The Magic of Motown, and England Rugby.
His versatility as a performer, musical director and teacher has made him a sought-after talent in the industry.
Currently, Tom is the Assistant Head of Singing & Voice at Bird College, where he has been working since 2021. His passion for education also led him to co-found the Kristian Thomas Company (KTCo), an East Midlands-based performance training hub and production company. As Managing Director and Head of Music for seven years, Tom was Musical Director for over 30 musicals and concerts, while also co-creating the ‘Accelerate Training Programme’, a year-long course designed to prepare young people for higher education in performing arts.
When he’s not inspiring the next generation of singers, Tom is an active member of the Fat Cat Brass Band.

Collin Zammit EMT-C
Colin is a singer and vocal coach based outside London. He originally trained at the Johann Strauss School of Music in Malta and then graduated with an LRAM and PGDip in Musical Theatre Performance at the Royal Academy of Music.
His theatre credits include The Phantom Of The Opera, The Secret Garden, Sunset Boulevard, Chess, South Pacific and Little Shop Of Horrors.
Recording credits include “Bernardo” in West Side Story, Mary Poppins Returns, Black Widow, Pirates Of The Caribbean and How To Train Your Dragon. He was also a backing singer for Adele at Wembley Stadium and for Elton John at the Royal Opera House, Wembley Arena and Birmingham NEC.
Colin is the Musical Director at Redroofs School for the Performing Arts in Maidenhead, as well as a singing tutor at Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts in London and at Stowe School in Buckingham.
Collin is an Estill Master Candidate (EMT-C) & is on Phase 2 of his Certification Pathway.
Dylan Jones EFP
Dylan is an actor and singing teacher originally from Swansea, South Wales. He graduated from Chichester University on their Musical Theatre Performance course in 2021 and has since built a base teaching in areas around Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.

Chloe Carroll EFP
Chloe began her professional training at Guildford School of Acting where she received a Diploma in Musical Theatre. She was then awarded a full scholarship to train at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, where she received a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre.
Her roles whilst training included Ensemble in Grease, Melba Snyder in Pal Joey, Carmen Bernstein in Curtains, Judge Roan in Parade, Adriana in The Comedy of Errors, Jessie Frost in The Bright and Bold Design, Tzeitel in Fiddler on The Roof and Sour Kangaroo in Seussical The Musical.
Now Bournemouth based, Chloe has worked as both a singing teacher and Musical Director for the last 8 years, working on musicals including Shrek, Peter Pan, Grease, School of Rock and Legally Blonde. Chloe is currently the Head of Music at Swish Theatre Schools.

Griffin Jenkins EFP
Griffin Jenkins is an American singing teacher, musical director, and theatre producer based in London. He holds a Masters Degree in Musical Direction from Mountview, along with a PgDip in Acting, BA in Music & Linguistics, ATCL, and his EFP.
Griffin has been a professional MD for over a decade, with credits and theatre awards in America, New Zealand, and the UK. He teaches and MDs at several drama schools and is the Singing Lecturer in the School of Acting at ArtsEd.

Gemma Bourke EFP
Gemma is a performer and Acting & Vocal coach based in Yorkshire, although originally from Cheshire. She started her professional studies at Huddersfield University where she graduated with a BA (Hons) Theatre (MT speciality) and furthered her training at East 15.
Since graduating, Gemma has worked professionally across the UK as an Actor, Singer and Teacher at countless venues including Cadagon Hall, York Barbican and Birmingham NEC.
In 2019 Gemma began her Estill journey on level I and II courses in the Estill voice model.
Gemma has had a varied professional career in performing in Musical Theatre, TV, Theatre, Concerts and short films as well as being a qualified lawyer.
Gemma’s experience as an acting & singing teacher specialising in musical theatre, spans 15 years, working with singers, actors, storytellers, barristers & judges.
Gemma also heads up the production and performance company Applause TheatreWorks and is a lead performer in the touring show “West End vs Broadway”.
