Charlotte Xerri EMT/EMCI-ATP SD

BA (hons) Music, MA (vocal performance), PCGE,  LLCM (TD)

Estill Master Trainer / Estill Mentor & Course Instructor with Advanced Testing Privileges & Service Distinction

Charlotte enjoys sharing her many years of performance, teaching and training experience with voice and the Estill Model working with singers and musical directors as well as voice/singing teachers from the major institutions and vocal health professionals.

 

Alongside her husband Marcel, they are Directors of Voice Your Potential® Ltd producing voice related training & events. These include regular Estill Voice Training Level I & II courses each year in London, Finland and other International venues. Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) and Estill Master Trainer (EMT) Certification Pathways and other courses attracting participants from the UK, Europe and globally. Charlotte is also available for ONE2ONE coaching sessions in central London and online video coaching.

 

Charlotte has Advanced Testing Privileges to examine and has been awarded Service Distinction for Estill Voice International. In continuing to find ways that will help other voice users and as President of the Estill International Certification Advisory Board her contribution to the Estill Voice Training® Certification Manual led to updates in both terminology and procedures.

 

She’s had a varied career in performance and music/vocal education. Performing professionally in opera and extensively as a session singer and an oratorio soloist.

 

As a voice educator, clients include CPL Productions for Sky TV, Native/19 Entertainment, Map Entertainment, Jimmy Hogarth/Kid Gloves, Royal Bank of Scotland, GlaxoSmithKline, Goldsmiths College London, Brighton University, Urdang Academy & Toastmasters, BRICTT (Brighton Academy of Contemporary Theatre Training), The World Voice Expo.I & II in Poland, Chichester Conservatoire, & NorthONE2ONE bookingampton University.

 

Always eager to build upon our understanding of vocal function, Charlotte has collaborated both in the UK and abroad with speech & Language specialists including Sue Jones, Consultant SLT in Professional Voice Rehabilitation and author of Laryngeal Endoscopy & Voice Therapy A Clinical Guide.

 

As part of a research team Charlotte has taken part in new and exciting research projects using state of the art technology to explore voice at The Ohio State University USA and at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust UK.


New for 2026
, Charlotte is introducing new concepts through workshops highlighting this and other research. Compiling her findings in order to evolve further insights that can help voice users everywhere.

Tanja Torvikoski EMT

Tanja Torvikoski is Professor of Voice and Voice Pedagogy at Oulu University of Applied Sciences, an Estill Master Trainer (EMT), performing and recording artist, and a certified Logotherapy Coach and Logotherapist (TFK).


She currently serves as Chair of FINATS (the Finnish Association of Teachers of Singing), an organization dedicated to advancing voice pedagogy in Finland.

 

In addition to her academic and professional work, she runs a private voice studio in Oulu, Helsinki, and online, coaching singers and voice professionals both in Finland and internationally.

 

Tanja also organizes and produces Estill Voice Training® Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Finland, collaborating with fellow Estill Course Instructors to deliver training in both Oulu and Helsinki.

Kamil Dominiak EMT

Kamil graduated from MA Acting in Musical Theatre Academy in Warsaw (Poland) & studied musical theatre at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. In 2024, he earned a doctoral degree in theatre and film arts for a dissertation on the application of Estill Voice Training in actor training.


His musical theatre credits include, Donkey in Shrek The Musical, Tremont in Jerry Springer, Enjorlas in Les Miserables, Brad in The Rocky Horror Show, & King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar.


He currently teaches voice and singing at the National Theatre Academy in Warsaw. He also collaborates with Polish Television (TVP) as a pronunciation coach for journalists and acts as a vocal/speech coach in theatres (Six The Musical, Heathers).

Kamil is an Estill Master Trainer

Katerina Kozadinou EMT

Katerina was born in Katowice, Poland, and was raised in Athens, Greece.
She is a graduate of Codarts, Rotterdam (BMus Jazz Vocals) and Aegean College, Athens (BSc Hons Speech and Language Clinical Science).


She has performed with her own ensembles in various festivals and venues in the Benelux area, Jazz International a Liege, SPS Jazz Festival, Northsea Roundtown, North Sea Jazz Festival, Breda Jazz Festival, Lantaren Venster, Bird, as lead singer, lyricist and co-composer.

Katerina also performs as a freelance vocalist for different live and studio projects across Europe and beyond.


In February 2021 she released the first single of her song writing project Kit Kido.


As a singing teacher and vocal coach Katerina has worked in advertising and theatre and at various institutions in both The Netherlands and Greece (Deree-The American College of Greece, Agia Varvara Drama School, Musicfor, Lab Music Education, Delft TU Sport & Cultuur, Jeugdtheaterschool Dordrecht, Zang & Co)


She is currently a faculty member at The Drama School of the National Theatre of Greece. In her private practice she specialised in voice rehabilitation, integrating the Estill Model with elements of voice therapy and manual therapy.

Katerina is an Estill Master Trainer

Katy Lees EMT-C

Katy is a classical singer, teacher and choir leader. She first attended the Estill VoiceTraining Level I&II course looking for help with teaching Pop and Music Theatre repertoire with more confidence and understanding.


She had no idea that the course would also answer questions about her own classical singing. As her children have finished school, she is now returning to begin her studies with Voice your potential in becoming an Estill Master Trainer.

Katy has achieved her Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) Certificate
& is an Estill Master Trainer Candidate (EMT-C) on Phase 2 of
Voice Your Potentials Certification Pathway with Mentor Charlotte Xerri.

Kati Niemi EMT-C

Kati is a Finnish singer and vocal coach based in Oulu. She teaches contemporary singing to pre-professional and professional vocal students at the Oulu Conservatory, educates future vocal teachers at Centria University of Applied Sciences, and runs her own vocal studio, Laulumieli.


As a performer, she has worked extensively in bands, big bands, musical theatre, and vocal ensembles.

Kati is a certified Vocal Kinesthetics teacher who combines evidence-based vocal pedagogy with insights from neuroscience to help singers develop healthy, expressive voices and perform with confidence.

Kati has achieved her Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) Certificate
& is an Estill Master Trainer Candidate (EMT-C) on Phase 2 of
Voice Your Potentials Certification Pathway with Mentor Charlotte Xerri.
