HOW TO GET CERTIFIED IN ESTILL VOICE TRAINING

Certification in Estill Voice Training means holding proof of your expertise and knowledge. It validates your ability with voice whether it's your own or the voice of those you're helping.

It can make the difference in your own performance, your career and your prostpects moving forward.

WHERE TO START?

Get on a Course! Yep it's that easy.

Attending an official Estill Voice Training Level I&II course meets the prerequisite to begin pursuing Certification.
No more, no less.

There's some confusion out there in what exactly needs to be done but there needn't be. This is because everything including the above, is laid out by EVI (Estill Voice International) within the Estill Voice Training Certification Manual. Including all prerequisites that are nessacary to get Certified.
If anything changes from the time of writing in the future we'll let you know.

►EFP (Estill Figure Proficiency) Certificate - the first step of Certification.

If you've attended an official Estill Voice Training Level I&II course and received an 'Attendance Certificate' anywhere with any EMCI (Estill Mentor & Course Instructor)
These are the people who have reached the level of Certification to be able to present Estill Voice Training Level I&II courses.

You can apply to take your EFP (Estill Figure Proficiency) Certificate exanination which is the first step of Certification.
You can apply to do so with any EMCI of your choice.

To get your EFP (Estill Figure Proficiency) Certificate you will need Voiceprint software. This will be used to practice and measure your ability with the Estill Voice Training Figures for Voice that you'll cover on the Estill Voice Training Level I course.

DOES MY EFP (Estill Figure Proficiency) MAKE ME A CERTIFIED ESTILL VOICE TRAINING TEACHER?

►EMT (Estill Master Trainer) - a Certified Estill Voice Training Teacher

To be an officially Certified teacher of Estill Voice Training you will need to become an EMT (Estill Master Trainer).

There are additional prerequisites needed in starting your Certification Pathway.

The important thing to note is that with most teaching qualifications, this will take some time and work.

Equally important is to find an EMCI (Estill Mentor & Course Instructor) that is the right fit for you as you'll be spending some time with them and need to be comfortable working together in order to succeed.

The most sensible thing if possible is to attend a course with the EMCI (Estill Mentor & Course Instructor) you would like to become your mentor before commiting your time, energy and money!
